Getting THICK

29/10/10 0 COMMENTS

At this point training is going great. The diet is clean 80% of the time with some cheats allowed. The major difference is the amount of food I am consuming. I am feeding the machine to grow and thus far it is working. My strength and numbers are steadily increasing which is also a good sign.

Intense Leg Session

12/10/10 0 COMMENTS

Training legs with the same intensity (if not more) as the more visible body parts is the mark of a true champion.

I had a large crew on this particular day, but it went very smooth. For this leg session I split us into two groups of three and from there it was an all out assault on the quads.

The guys I work out with are great and each bring their own unique dynamic to the group. They make the gym that much more enjoyable and help push me as well as each other to get that extra rep.
