About Ryan Sullivan

Name: Ryan Sullivan

Birthday: 4/9/1983

Height: 6’2

Weight: 225 off season, 197 contest

Current Gym: World Gym Babylon

Interests/ Hobbies: Obviously weight training, so I wont elaborate on that. I enjoy reading alot, no fiction books though. I feel that I always have to learn some sort of concrete information from a book. I also enjoy building and working with computers and other tech gadgets. And of course growing my own food.

Why I started: I was always the heavy kid growing up. The thought of taking my shirt off in front of anyone would give me severe anxiety. There were no beach days or pools parties in my early years. I had always worked out hard, maybe not as smart as I do now, but the effort was there. I started to realize that there were severe problems with my eating habits and I decided to make a change. I quit smoking cigarettes and eating like a slob. I wanted to make a change to my health and my appearance.

Motivation: Progress, success, and a sense of accomplishment. I am not good at idling or running in place. In order for me to be truly happy I have to be moving forward or working towards something. The feeling of success is something I chase and try to build upon. Life is short, and I realize that, so my true motivation comes from trying to accomplish as much as humanly possible while I am here. I want to be remembered, and I want to make a difference.

Role Model: Michael Jordan, and it isn’t just because he is the best basketball player ever.  I have always admired his drive and determination. If there was one guy who would always get the job done, it was him. When he finally made it to the top, and won his first championship he didn’t slack off, he pushed even harder to win 3 in a row. He showed that he was capable of making it to the top and staying there. He retired after the tragic death of his father only to come back 18 months later. When he came back he and the Chicago bulls faced a hard defeat in the playoffs. Michael wasn’t the dominant force he once was.  This is where 99% of people would have given up. He didn’t. He practiced and worked harder than ever that off season. After that, another 3 championships in a row. That is something special. That is my role model.

Final Word:

I know that many people are still weary of the internet, doing business through it, not to mention using it to find a personal trainer. However, I guarantee that once you become a client you will be truly amazed how well thought out the Sci-Unison Fitness system is. Not only will you get in the best shape of your life, but you will also gain a vast amount of knowledge that will last a lifetime. My programs rely heavily on two way communication, sharing of ideas, and client feed back thus making the Sci-Unison experience a truly interactive one.

I also build computers as a hobby so I know the tech field very well. I am fluent in HTML coding and know how to make any and all updates and adjustments to my website. What does this mean for you ? This means that I will always be working to better the Sci-Unison Fitness Experience. And unlike most online trainers, I have the know how to actually make things happen and work. This is not some thrown together program through the use of email. This is an UNRIVALED blend of Health, Fitness, Science and Technology. Interactive training charts and meal plans, video demonstrations and lectures, power point presentations and much more.  Being a great personal trainer is one thing, but being an elite online personal trainer is a total different ball game. I am confident enough to say that I am both.
