Details – The goal with Mariha’s program was to take some time to put on some quality muscle mass, especially in the upper body. The first portion of the program focused on a slow and steady weight gain in order to achieve that goal. Once she hit 126 lbs the decision was made to begin the cutting process. The cutting phase brought her down to an extremely lean 113 pounds.
