Who Am I ?
When people ask what I do for a living, saying that I am a personal trainer doesn’t begin to express or demonstrate all that I do for my clients and the industry. The title of personal trainer does not capture the effort, research, experimentation and data mining involved in what I do. I am not here to blend in or be part of the norm. I am here to revolutionize the position of “personal trainer.”
The title of “Physique Technician” was given to me by a long standing client. At first I didn’t think much of it, but then in time it just seemed to fit. I feel confident and comfortable with the title because I feel it describes what I do much better than “personal trainer.” Personal trainers are a dime a dozen these days. What I do and offer is at a much higher level. I am in the business of changing peoples lives. I am the Physique Technician.
